The Journal of Clinical Practice and Health Sciences (JCPHS) aims to provide a transparent and fair refund policy regarding any publication fees or charges associated with article processing.

Article Processing Charges (APCs):

  • Authors are required to pay the applicable article processing charges upon acceptance of their manuscript, as stated in the journal’s fee schedule.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds will be considered only in the following circumstances:

    • If the manuscript is withdrawn by the author before the peer review process begins.

    • If the journal is unable to process the manuscript due to technical or administrative reasons.

    • If the manuscript is rejected after peer review.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Fees paid after acceptance are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the journal withdraws the article for ethical or legal reasons.

  • No refunds are provided for withdrawals made after the peer review process has commenced unless exceptional circumstances arise.

Refund Request Procedure:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the journal’s editorial office with a clear explanation.

  • Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be communicated promptly.

Processing Time:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method.
